Baked Macaroni & Cheese

INGREDIENTS

A bag of Brussel sprouts or on the stalk

Zest of one lemon

Juice of half a lemon

1 tablespoon of finely chopped Fresh dill

5 oz Plain Greek yogurt

2 cloves of finely chopped garlic

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Roast Brussel sprouts at 375 for 30mins or until outer leave start to get crispy
  2. While sprouts are roasting in a small mixing bowl Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice, oil, and mix together until well combined
  1. Remove brussels and place on a serving board
  2. Place aioli into a small bowl and serve alongside brussels sprouts
