Chicken quarters
Wright BBQ All Purpose Rub
Porkers Paradise All Purpose Rub
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Rub chicken quarters liberally with both rubs.
2. Turn chicken over and rub both sides.
3. Cook on smoker until internal temp hits 165°.
